What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach to healthcare that focuses on how the body moves, functions and adapts as a whole. I look beyond the area of pain, considering how pregnancy, birth, injuries, scars, posture, stress and everyday life can influence symptoms. Treatment is tailored to you and may include gentle manual therapy, movement advice and education to help improve mobility, circulation and the body’s ability to adapt and heal.
